If you don't know you do now. Roll-up 7 for SP1 has been released and you should get it asap here. If you use SCR and IMAP, then you definitely want to get it, but simple fact is - if you're running Exchange then patch! don't believe me? roll-up patch 7 fixes 50 separate issues that may be affecting you.
